Just installed my Utopia back rest yesterday, took about an hour and half. But half of that time was spent with knife in hand getting up nerve enough to cut the seat.

Got Spyder home yesterday, just made it between downpoars. Problem wasnt fuel put, it was ignition. I havent seen the paper work yet but was told it was the coil.

My guess would be the drive belt also. My 2011 RT does the same thing.

Just ordered one from Custom Dynamics this AM and this afternoon recieved and e-mail from UPS that they had picked it up. I would say great service so far.

Ive got the same problem, went to start the spyder last sunday after setting all winter, and would crank over fine but no fire, checked fuses and the normal things, all good. The fuel pump suspect....

Havent done it yet, but the thought has crossed my little mind.

Not pulling your leg. Under the seat on both sides is a little plastic tang that is about 3/4 inch wide and sticks toward the inside and is about one inch long. Hook the metal loop of the helmet...

I just use the locks that are on the spyder under the seat on our 2011 RT.

For what its worth, I've been treated very well by Roundys in Spokane.

I live just north of Spokane near Colbert, and if you like I would be glad to switch spyders with you and go for a ride. I have a 2011 Rt with about 4000 miles. I could ride yours on the same roads...

Have a 2011 RT SE5 and love it, great in traffic, shifts fast. Only have 2K on:spyder2: and have had no issues. But as earlier indicated. To each his own.
