Sorry, here it is.
Put 50 miles on today and it shifts better for sure, also a little quieter. Royal Purple Max Cycle 10-40.
Jack is under the lower fender mount where the tube attaches to the swing arm. I will post a pic tomorrow.
2000 miles on so I did the first oil change today. Very easy to do but takes a long time to drain the left (engine) drain. Both plugs are magnetic and only the clutch cover drain had filings. Filter...
Thats awesome, are they 2 inch??
It sure is. Major improvement in cruising comfort.
I mounted the GPS today and did some checks against the speedo tonight. Speedo reads 1mph higher than GPS at 60mph and my speedo reads 5mph higher than that chart posted above.
I'll drink to that brother, Lol.
I realize that beating 600's is not possible but it sure is fun spanking the old spyders. LOL
Set it on the high end 200lbs. That will keep the spydeeee vibes close to 70mph.
140-210lbs using the Krickit.

I'm sure this guy could build a stand alone ECU. I have the full tune monster ECU on my quad and have full control of every possible engine adjustment. Dual...
Had my F3 manual up to 128mph. Did the older ones have 6 gears?
I basically did what BAM did in this thread, just extended it back about an inch more.

Alot more to the equation than just a spring. If you increase the spring then you need to change valving and/or add rebound control. Elka told me I needed at least a stage 4 for 400lbs+ on my F3....
For this most awesome and super comfortable back rest. I tell ya, this is all the Fs was missing, for me anyway. It can be set to just about any position. Quality is top notch, very nice product.
Hydraulic clutch lifters. so only the SM6 has this noise he is saying?
Yes it is.
Im just using the spring that cam with it, check with Fox for optional springs (I would think they will offer some). Removing the spring is easy, remove shock, back off pre-load adjuster till spring...
Yes it is.
Pretty easy to change a spring if need be. I just went for a rip with my son on the back (400lbs between us), rides awesome. Stock shock bottomed on everything, this one does not.
Just finished the install and went out for a short run, way plusher than the stocker and no harsh hits either. I left the settings as they came and will set it up for my weight later. Looks awesome...
I will install it and post pics later today. Yes this is the BRP shock and the res mounts to the frame tube just above the brake pedal. Having preloae adjustability is a very important part of shock...
Came in today. Hope it works as good as it looks.
Congrats, here is a teaser pic!!!! I had a sleepless week waiting for mine also.
Does yours do it when cold? Mine is only noticeable when at full operating temp. No noise or feeling in the foot peg when cold. Almost a bad bearing sorta sound to me. Oil is full and clean. I'm...
