Yup, still have problems with my SE5. Seems to be a flakey issue. Sometimes it's OK, other times it's not.

I use MotionX GPS Drive. It works really well, traffic updates etc. and I can play my music while still getting GPs directions (pauses the IPOD and then starts it again when the voice over is done.)...

I use a GPS app and the Sirius app while riding.
