I got the Sena 20s and love it. I didn't see a need for the dongle stuff for the bike.
I have to disagree. I have one from ISCI on my 2014 RTS and, although I can hit the brake with my foot just fine, I actually find it more enjoyable to use the hand brake. I also like options. For...
I agree but are you saying we should never talk to our car passengers or that it can't be done safely? My argument with the phone debate is it is no different then talking to a passenger in a car (as...
Just curious... So when someone rides in a car with you, do you talk to them?
By by the way, keep in mind we are talking hands free phone conversations not holding on to a phone while you drive....
Same thing could be said about cars, air conditioning, electric stoves, microwaves, etc. and it doesn't mean we don't use them to make our lives better.
As I said in my post above, using my phone...
I agree with you SpyderAnn01! The Spyder is my car now. I don't even have my truck anymore. I ride to work on it rain or shine. It is not that I am addicted to my phone. It is that I spend so much...
Sena + IPhone + Siri = awesome!
IMHO
When I spend that much money, I always haggle. I get three different vendors involved minimum to "fight" for my business. On my last Spyder, one vendor wouldn't quote me their best price because he...
Advertised as 600l lbs (http://www.harborfreight.com/600-lb-capacity-78-inch-tag-along-trailer-66771.html) but I believe Can-am limits tow weight to 400 lbs.
If you go with this trailer, make...
Hmmm...that is a tempting idea! :2thumbs:
Very good idea...I will do that next!!:thumbup:
With paint color advice from BlueKnight911 and Deanna777 posts (thank you), I decided to add a little color to my HF Tagalong trailer to make it more "matchy" to my Spyder. I think it looks good for...
Welcome to the club!
:doorag:
I have had the ISCI handbrake for over a year. It is a great piece of equipment. Made my ride much much better.
I live about 2 miles from that station. Have gassed up there. Drove by there today and saw the big black spot left by the accident. Be careful out there folks!!!
Shoei Neotec modular.
I am on my second Spyder now. Did not have a hand brake on my 2012 RTS but I have the ISCI hand break on my 2014 RTS. Riding experience is much better with the hand brake than without. Sure I wish...
Welcome and ride safe!
My 2012 RTS had the vibration but so far my 2014 RTS does not. I have had it up to 90mph.
My leak in the frunk has been fixed. Dealer (Extreme Propulsion in Cartersville, GA - great folks by the way) got a replacement tub under warranty from BRP and swapped it out. Turns out whatever...
That is awesome! Love the goggles...wonder what the helmet laws are for K9s? :roflblack:
It has to go in a very specific way in the bigger saddle bag but it fits fine.
Try pushing your key in. Mine did that occasionally and as soon as I push my key in the ignition it pops. I had the cable replaced recently and it seemed to take care of the issue.
I think the key word here is balance. I work for an organization that holds a July 4th fireworks show each year. We usually have about 2,500 to 3,000 people in attendance. For the first time, we...
:congrats:
Enjoy the ryde!
Just went to work and back but it was a beautiful day to ride in Georgia...traffic didn't even bother me!
Another vote for Sena. We have a 10 and 20.
This is no joke... my mom rides a Harley trike. A couple years ago I went on a long trip with her and my brother. When she showed up, she had her leg wrapped with a bath towel and duct tape. I asked...
Me and a Harley dude were talking about our bikes and doing some kind-hearted jabbing about Spyder vs. Harley and the last thing he said was "Well it's no Harley" to which I responded "Thank God!"...
