I have had similar problems …… incorrect cable... software does not read tunes.... had to send in ECU... all problems are fixed by DynoJet … they even sent me an "enhanced stock" file ,.... very...

I can do that … PC reads files....only PV3 when hooked up...DOES NOT "SEE" those files
DJ sent me. after I sent in ECU .... a stock file...and a Enhanced Stock file.. PV3 can "See" those two...

Received my ECU back from DJ …. installed it … hooked back up to PV3 … nothing … on phone w/DJ .. delete PV_info.txt … re hooked … new PV_info … nothing waiting for next phone call … to maybe...

Again …. I purchased my PV3 … from DynoJet … for my Trike … 2018 F3 …

CORRECT CABLE WAS NOT INCLUDED
PC WILL NOT "SEE" PV3
ONCE CORRECT "JUMPER" CABLE WAS SENT, STILL WILL NOT "PAIR"
DYNOJET...

I have just purchased a PV3 for my Trike … 2018 F3 … same problem as most in this post... didn't have correct jumper cable... won't work with PV software .. just thru USB cable to "see" files....
