Well, gotta say the second purchase solved the problem with the Genius maps..:2thumbs:works like a charm on the Spyder now...thanks for the tip about the rebate...I'll check with them..was the rebate...

Indeed I am using the switch...I get the little boxes same as the phone itself, BUT when I click to open the Genisis maps it tells me something like 'connect the application'...not sure the exact...

Yea, my new off the floor 2018 also had 10.5....had to go 100 miles round trip to the dealer for a FREEand 40 minute upgrade to 20.....
Well, finally got up nerve to attack the rear end of my Spyder to install a 12v plug....panels came off easy enough after watching videos a couple time...planned on mounting the plug in the unused...
HI and welcome...I'd be really really careful about buying one that old with so few miles...there must have been a reason for not riding it...I bought a 2010 RS from a dealer who was NOT a BRP...

No, its not...bought a 2018 off the showroom floor on 5/6...got to reading the forum about firmware and checked my NEW bike and it was 11.0...NOT 13 anything, or 20.8, but 11.0...called the dealer...
I did that on my 2010 but didn't replace the analogs....and when I sent it in for service, the tech reconnected the analog gauges...nojokenojoke
