Hand bubbles? Should set you back maybe $30 for a pair.

I also added the Saeng Ta "stealth edging" around the stock shield. That adds a couple inches of virtual size to the envelope.

Yup - I have to sometimes press off center on the cover to get it to release, especially if I've managed to cram something in there that's just a smidge too big.
... about time, eh ... <G>

Granted, different application, as...
I don't expect rust would be much of an issue - most car grills are either plastic or pig metal ...
Some mention of grill mesh thickness. I went with a 40x13 12mm painted aluminum. Just cut it to...
Grill mesh here, tied to the stock grill with hidden zip ties.
Also working on a new project, converting an old Mercury Monarch grill to fit over the stock fascia ... should be able to fend off...
Wondering if you were fiddling about with something around the dash module and knocked something loose? Maybe driving in the rain with a loose connector?
And ya, sounds like there may be a service...
Real common to get the oil level wrong. Fire it up, roll maybe 10 miles, let it idle while you pop open the cleaner to get access, then check the dipstick immediately.
Be interesting to see what...
You know what really burns my butt?
(black leather seat sittin in the sun) <G>
Not a new problem though. Wasn't that long ago they had to close down streets around a new high rise in (Dallas?)...
Looks like a PUIG issue that doesn't include the OEM shields ...
I suppose the shield angle would have a lot to do with it.
I'm tempted to try this stuff ... works wonders on tires and body moldings, eh. And I just so happen to have a bottle handy. Hmmmmmmm ...
...
Darth Ryker
Just seems to me this is the kind of bike Luke's daddy would ride ... ;-}

The perfect shift ball, courtesy of a dumpster dive at the neighborhood tractor repair came up with a transfer case knob from a Massive Furgeson ... ;-}

I went EBC green sintered. Excellent grip from the git go, and major improvement over the stock pads. No noise, but from past experience, they can throw a lot of dust, so expect to do some additional...
You need to remove the lower cover to access the mounting point for the new linkage. Three pop pins and carefully unclip the top where it locks into the upper panels. Couple good videos on the...
Not sure about UV, but I'm a fan of Meguiar's quick detailing spray. Works pretty slick on most any surface I've run across, including the Ryker ...
Greetings ... have you joined the Canadien Air Force yet? World Domination, eh!!

The fob has an RFID tag embedded innit. The bike's brain is matched to that tag and won't start without it. I hear it also has a super magnet that closes a relay to tell the bike it's there.
NOTE...
Another vote against the stock rubber. Both of mine have quite the offset on both where the mold halves came together during construction. Gotta think that would have some effect on the ride quality...
Always a fan of the old style Triumph balloon grips. Wondering if the Ryker uses standard diameters for both bar and throttle sleeve? Drilling the ends for the mirror mounts should do it if the...
Yup ... also plan to add a third eye out back, probably up under the tail end of the max mount. Main thing is to have all the brake lights synchronize to get their attention without minimum "dUH WTF"...
Operative word there being "rear" ... No different to me than the third eye brake lights on a pickup. We're talking equal or greater difference than the Ryker ...
(Ditto for the "smart" helmet...
Picked up an ST2 brake light modulator recently. For those not familiar with the item, it's a GPS adapter that when hooked up to the brake circuit, will cause the lights to flash then go steady on...
Rule of thumb ... tighten a bolt until just before it snaps off ... ;-}
PS - on the shoes. Recently found out EBC uses a special coating on their shoes to give you instant grip out of the box....
Maybe just install an on/off switch inline with the direct battery hookup.
Goes without saying, a battery tender is a good idea for storage longer than a week or so. I always add a permanent...
Don't skimp on the lights either ... <G>

I figure the stock mirrors do a decent enough job of seeing what's behind you, and if aimed properly, show me what I got to see, eh. And me with stenosis and a frozen neck.
+ I put one of those...
Full size wide view mirrors can screw with relativity when trying to gauge distance and angle to the next impact point. A little stick on spot at best can at least indicate you're missing something...
