We do the same thing I carry the spare key for the Spyder around when riding. Helps me alot when I go to get something out of the bike and she has locked the trunk. Also just in case one key...

On my v-star since I have the medal tank I found a magnetic bag that has a holder for the hand held security device and sits like the glovebox on the rt-s.

I know of one rider that actually did that and hands them out for his RS when he has to run he gave me one and I thought it was a great Idea.

Have to agree our rides do draw alot of attention! Girlfriend was taking her road test on our SpYder and as she starts down the road several people tried running out into the road to get her to stop...

Got mine to 103 and had to back off cars in front and it maybe had another mile or two per hour but that was it.
I had the windshield up all the way and set up straight without tucking behind.

We bought our May 1st and just got it in the mail yesterday!
