I sold my 2012 RTS without the trailer, buyer didn't want it. It is gray in color with less than 1000 mi. has factory stand, cover & extra factory cable for flat 4 connection. Trailer is in Like new...

You need to adjust the nut under the hitch till it's snug against the ball and still able to pull down latch on top.be sure to add a little grease should have very little play.....

Have you tried while your ridding press the mode button till you see the trailer screen then press the right button to move the trailer icon to the off square? You should be able to switch it in or...
