Tick...tick...tick
It looks like we are getting close to closing. Not wishing to get into a discussion about the good and bad points about people with bad reputations.

High 90's today. A "feelslike" temp of 102 is predicted. Humidity is on the high side.
North of Fairbanks is another hot springs. Chena Hot Springs. About 50 miles N on the highway. All paved road, including the road to the Hot Springs. There are some "real hills" to climb up...
The OP is far, far away from the vendor. Stopping in for a "friendly" chat is not an option, that I can see.
I have dealt with said vendor many times, going back all the way to 2008. Never had...
Happy July 1. 90's today, but blue skies and a slight breeze.
Not everyone's favorite person...but a well done write up.

A real hero from Iwo Jima. He helped clear the path with flame throwers.

I use the "fill slowly up to the ring method." Have not had a mishap with overfill in my ownership of seven Spyders.
There are lots of gravel roads as well as sometimes, a 20 mile or so construction zone. For the most part, we stayed off of them if possible. Going slow is a must so as not to throw rocks. I...
1966 I bought a year old (new) Yamaha 80 cc one lunger. It did not take me long to seize the piston. $345 new.
Since then, I have owned well over 20 assorted two wheelers. At least two or...
Very impressive. :firstplace:
Got a bit of a break today. 8:00 AM 70 degrees, partly cloudy, and a cool breeze blowing.
We spent a couple hours on the front porch drinking coffee and watching the mother cat (Junebug) and...
To quote the old Hill Street Blues opening scene: "Be careful out there."
Yes. The "short reach" bars are the LONGER ones. Giving the rider a shorter reach to the bars.
Beautiful place EH!
Another vote for an Airhawk. A secret...ride "in" it and not "on" it. Do not over inflate. It may take a couple tries...but the lower air pressures are kinder to you rear.
Ouch!!!! You folks have way more patience than I would have. It is going to be an interesting model year for 2022. Hopefully people don't have to wait until 23 for the 22's. Next year could...
I have two F3-L's. They both came with a short windscreen. I am normally one that would change that out for a bigger one. Not so, this go around. We both like the OEM (short) windscreens that...
In most cases, a computer glitch. I like to say, it is the computer just showing you who is really in charge.
If it comes back, time to check with the dealer.
Good catch. Even I missed that one.
:agree: x 2
In all my 1330's (three now), I get on average high 30's in all three. A couple of times....low 40's. I check almost every tankful.
I do not use the mpg stuff the bike puts out. I zero the...
We are in a week of 90's.
