I have a 2015 RT SE6 with 10500 miles on the original tires which are wearing only in the center. They are inflated to 28. What could be causing this?148978
Thanks in advance for your input.

Hi folks,
We have a facebook page for northern Nevada Spyder Ryders. We met once and rode before the snow hit. Check us out, so you can ryde with us in the spring! It's called Battle Born...
I don't have the money to buy a new seat, so I got the Air Hawk seat pad. It took me a while to get the air set right, but now it's fantastic! Went on a 2100 mile ryde and was so comfortable except...
I have the same sound on my 2016 RT. Took it to the dealership. They took the wheel off and found nothing wrong. It drives me crazy! I now have over 6000 miles of whooshing noise!
Wow! That's pretty expensive.
Rode today with temperatures in the high 80s. My legs were comfortable no matter what speed I was going. I think this was a successful way to get rid of the burn!
This only cost $30 to try. Summit Racing sells it.
That's the bottom side panel.
I got an Air Hawk seat pad. That took care of the crotch heat. My thighs are fine. It's my lower legs taking the brunt of the heat. One more to install, then I will test ryde it.
There's a Lewis and Clark museum at the end of the Columbia River that was really nice.
We are installing heat shields in the hopes that my ankles will be cooler on our 14 day trip. I will let you know if it works....
Make sure you get reservations for hotels in advance especially on US 50 through Nevada. Towns are few and far between. Carry lots of water and some snacks just in case. Wave as you ryde through...
Awesome! Both the ladies you met and your 80,000 miles!
I had the opposite problem. I could receive, but not transmit. It was my headset.
I find my RT smoother than my Kawasaki, but it's harder to miss things in the roadway. It does feel less stable on uneven surfaces. I got used to it pretty quickly.
They look great. Back rather than forward for sure.
I drove down to Elk Grove Power Sports in California from Carson City, Nevada to get mine. I also saved thousands.
He says thanks for the info.
I will let him know. Thanks
The coax and the ground wires
Yes, the other end of the ground is connected to the frame.
This is a picture before we realized that it was backwards. The wires go on the other side.
I am so stupid! I thought the post said 200 mile ride. Oops!
That's horrible.
Got it all installed and working. The problem was with the battery. It needs to be cleaned up, but works great....
Are you from Nevada or Cali? If you're a from Nevada, check out our new ryding group on facebook Battle Born Spyder Ryders!
I have a knee that will eventually need to be replaced. I look perfectly fine, but sometimes I have given it all just to shop. I get dirty looks when I don't put the cart in the corral that's across...
Thanks for all of your help! We found out that the battery tender had a blown fuse. We hooked up a battery charger and carefully watched it. Got it fully charged and the bike started.
Update: We found out that the battery tender had a blown fuse. Put the battery charger on while watching it carefully and finally got the bike started. All is well. Thanks for the advice!
Ok thanks!
