I have a cavalry, but do not use it for intercom. For phone calls it is very good. Most people cannot tell I am even on the spyder. Product assembly and padding are also very good.

I am having the same problem. The gears get sticky going from 2-3 and it downshifts on an intermediate basis. Still drivable, but definitely something wrong.
