Looking to buy driver backrest for 2022 Spyder RT

I've adjusted the junky cable several times ! First it would not stay closed. Then wouldn't open. Now, the junky cable is frozen and won't adjust anymore! Probably rusted. The door will not open...

My seat won't stay up when getting gas or checking oil. I don't see anything to latch or hold it up?

Has anyone ever used Ultra1Plus oil ? I have a 2020 Spyder RT Limited. This oil has the correct specifications for our machines....5W40 Full Synthetic 4T API SN JASO MA2. What do you think?

BajaRon, thanks for the advice. I'll try bouncing it up and down. I'm 77 yrs old and have trouble getting down to check the shock. Seems like shock shouldn't be worn with only 9200 miles.

I've adjusted both sides. Works for awhile! Poor design. Almost as bad as BRP Connect.
