I have a 2016 F3 Limited and have the BRP tensioner (aka idler pulley). It removed the vibrations. Very easy install. $40. I have 3000+ miles on the tensioner so far.

TROND BT-DUO
I use a TROND BT-DUO bluetooth transmitter/receiver on my F3L. Love it. $29 via Amazon.
