    Garmin 660 will not connect

    I cannot get my 660 to connect to my computer to up-date my maps.
    I was able to up-date my Garmin Nuvi before hand so I know the cable is good.
    Anyone else had this problem?

    For some reason I cannot get my 660 to connect to my computer
    to update the maps. The computer doesn't recognize the device.
    It worked for my Garmin NUVI.
