There were no codes thrown by the on-board computer. I'check the wires and hoses. Where are the gaskets in question located? How many are there? Wouls a problem with the coil throw a code?
About a year ago my dealer replaced the evap canister to deal with excessive backfire. Had Leo Vince pipeinstalled for several years with no problem. Backfire continued at a lesser level so I...
I should have mentioned, I replaced the battery a few months ago. It's in tip top shape.
Went for a ride the other day and turned off the Spyder to open the garage door. When I turned the key and pressed the starter button, the instrument cluster went blank and nothing would work except...
I got 14,000 out of the rear and it was well into the wear bars. Still had tread though. Fronts are probably good for another 5-6M miles. Drive highway to and from work. Check air pressure...
I'll bet the new "touring" model will have cruise control. You can see the indicator on the control module. (not used yet)
I had the upgrade done last weekend along with a new, rear tire. (14K on bike) On the ride home I noticed hesitation , surging, and backfires between 3K and 4K under gentle or static throttle.(never...
I've had my Leo Vince for about a year and it's the best. No problems at all. Install is perfect and all parts are good fit. (slip fit does not require gasket)
I have 14,000 miles and have received 5K PIN

Corbin was at Americade last year. I saw the Spyder acess. for the first time there before the "Homecoming" at Valcourt.
The BRP is a separate company from the division that makes Lear jets and people movers. No longer any connection. (except the name Bombardier)
Have you measured to make sure two SpYders will fit? I would think you may have a problem unless it's a 12' trailer.
I had a similar day Monday here in Pittsburgh. Put on the 12V Jacket, full-face helmet, and gloves with Aerostich and all was superb. All I had to do was adjust the control to comfort and all is...
It's a bulb/ballast replacement in to the BRP fog light option kit. They look the same till you turn them on.
I really like the idea of a small, self-contained HID and PIAA made one-the Cross Country. I already have MM upgrade on the headlights as well as the standard BPP foglight kit. Stuart Ostroff and I...
Confused regarding your reference to "oem spacing." The risers do not alter the spacing from original bar specs as far as I can see.
I watched a friend change the spark plugs on his Spyder and I don't think I could get the body panels, air cleaner box etc off in less than an hour. The engine would cool down. Have you actually...
Will the ThrottleMeister work with these grips?
According to NoMagic, the Micron factory packing is forced to the rear quickly in a big two cyl. application like the Sypder unless the packing is "wired" in place vs. the "packing tape" approach...
I repacked mu Carbon Fiber Micron Twice. The second time I wrapped steel wool arround the center tube before I wrapped the fiberglass blanket. Secured with stainless wire wraps. We'll see how it...
Micron, loud, good performance, had to repack glass as it was "blown" to the rear portion of the pipe by the big twin's pressure 9,000+ miles.
I have the same concern with the two clutch wires. I may cut and extend to avoid tension on them. Any comments?
get's 42-43 MPG Premium Gas
Well my wife's Smart Car and my Spyder share a garage and we have room left over. Talk about causing a stir, we can't go anywhere on or in anything we drive without drawing a crowd! (We love it...
We've met. I came out with Stuart and met you at the Turnpike exit. Right?
PA's a big state, what part are you in?
FYI, I got the Calsci XL and added the Laminar Lip to top the screen and "fixed" the height issue.
Who says it is't recommended on stainless steel headers?
