Did you leave the key on? Leaving the key on and using kill switch to stop bike will kill a battery over night with battery tender hoked up. Tender doesn't put out enough amperage to over come draw.

Check rear wheel if locked up when fronts are locked I would suspect the master cylinder not allowing fluid to return. The fluid probability has never been changed. New fluid and bleeding might help....
