Doesn't that...
I like my chrome edition; they don't offer it any more, the platine version is the "other than black" option, ICK! IMHO, it looks like a cheesey champagne metallic paint and I'll pass. It's a cheap...
I checked the dampener on my 2020 RTL, at about the same mileage, and found one of the two bearings to be bad. With a drive belt circumference of ~110" and Lamonster's roller at about 5.5", those...
I read in some auto mag, years ago, that tire pressure changes (up or down) 1 degree for every corresponding 10 degrees in air temperature, I wouldn't be to concerned regarding the situation you...
I bought a smaller size, don't remember if it was a med or a small (mine is about 12" x 12"). I did so because the bolsters on either side of the OEM seat press against my sciatic nerve(s); a...
From my home, I have 4/10ths mile of gravel before I get to a hard surface road. In 18K miles, I have run 2 chunks thru the belt-drive, just getting home and it felt like the swing-arm broke.

You've established that the engine in not seized, but since it will not rotate fully, something is obviously stopping it. If you want to tackle this on your own, you would benefit by investing in an...
Someone pulled a similar "stunt" here in eastern Iowa last summer. Highway patrol calculated his speed on I380 by timing him between DOT cameras; in excess of 120 mph. Hitting an SUV ended his...
Your original post said you were concerned about bottoming out the rear; have you considered contacting a service dept and see if a factory automatic air ride from a higher end F3 can be installed &...
On the 2020 & newer RT's the amp (6 x 20 watt) is centered behind the headlights, between the mirrors and under the motor assembly that lifts & lowers the windscreen. If you pull all the guts out of...
Personally, I use Copperfit (19.99/pr), I can't tell you if they meet the 20-30 rating you seek, but they seem to work for me. As far as getting them on, search Amazon for Compressions sock aids,...
I would recommend you go to LaMonster Garage and check out their Hi-Flo oil change kit, SKU# HF-556-01/5-1330. Cost is ~ $35 and will include drain plugs w/ hex heads; much easier to remove w/ a 6...
I gently re-bowed the spring that sits over the micro-switch on my 2020. If you are uncomfortable trying that, cut a sliver of duct tape, about 1/8" x 3/8" inch and stick it on the spring; that...
I will give you some info you're probably not gonna like.....; You have a 2020, which has a one piece console top. It is diiferent from the pic that Peteoz posted and the instruction that Joel the...
I would use a vinyl covered cable and add an alarm padlock. Cables are harder to cut w/ bolt cutters and the alarm lock (~$17.00 on Amazon) emits an ear piercing 110db shriek if it's shaken (like...
:congrats:
I enthusiatically endorse Martin's 2- piece rotors!!!!
I live in a state where we have short turning lanes & off ramps; it's hard on brakes. My 2020 RTL started showing sighs of warping after 5K...
If backing off on wheeel torque doesn't solve your problem, consider putting a dial indicator on your rotors; they might be starting to warp. Ya, kind'a outside the box, but my 2020 RTL was doing...
Have a great time!
Two years ago I pulled the whole front module and painted both my radiators. I thought an enamel might go on thick and, perhaps, affect the cooling ability of the fins, so I used a good quality flat...
Awesome idea! It's on my "to do" list as of now.
Yes you have a Shrader valve, it's under the drivers seat and rather hard to get to. Raise the seat, peer back and under the right side of seat; back by where the hinge is; you will find a "disc"...
Personally, I wouldn't let an oil change go more than 5,000 miles; oil is cheaper than a motor (a new 1330 is $11,499.00)
I can think of three or four ways (off the top of my head) to remove a stuck pulley with little effort, so here's my cynical opinion..., I expect that BRP has a set rate for R&R on the pulley;...
I was told by my neighbor, a bodyshop manager, that the new paints are "softer" and less resistant to the elements, bug splats and bird droppings; a good coat of ceramic "wax" will help protect your...
It's not mandatory; tell them it's none of their business. Or ask the cashier for his/hers!
IMO, using two hands do something one did is senseless. My left foot isn't doing anything, why not put a reverse button on the footboard?
IMO, the best way is to remove the cable, spray a liquid wax or silicone in one end until it runs out the other, then re-install. Oils will only attract dust & dirt and only make it worse.
Maybe you should have let most of the air out of them!
Absolutely follow the owner's manual! Your dipstick is about 9-10" shorter than the distance to the actual oil level; there has to be some tray, cup, upper reservoir, or something that retains oil...
