You will have to tap into the blinker wire. You'll need to remove the bolts holding the fender, remove the cap under the blinker on the underside of the fender, then you can access the blinker wire....

I've done a search but could not really find anything.

Just bought a used 2019 and while looking things over, I found a bunch of leaves between the tank and the cover. Probably a mouse or chipmunk...
