Got my 22 F3T last Thurs after waiting around 3 weeks. Nothing to do with parts, the bike was in stock and complete..it was the BRP hack that prevented my dealer getting the right paperwork! Been...
I'm in Ottawa, dealer is in Limoges (Loiselle). They are awesome to deal with (I bought my Ryker new there hence why I returned to get the F3).
This situation is killing me :) I traded my Ryker 2 weeks ago on a 2022 F3-t that was in stock and actually on the floor. Great, no supply issues...except due to this cyber attack, the BRP back-end...
Classic Ontario Government! Well, I don't feel bad about going and doing the test now. FWIW, if you do need to go take the full M test (with M restriction), these are some notes I sent to a friend...
I just ended up taking the full M road test on my Ryker and got an M(M) license. The licensing on these in Ontario is just whacked.
Yeah...what I think happened was:
This was the PROPOSAL: https://www.ontariocanada.com/registry/view.do?postingId=32427&language=en
Govt assumed it would be done so updated other areas of the...
Ah, I phoned MTO - they have no idea (which is bizarre). I also called the SpyderCourse folks in Ottawa who told me that they haven't been sent any guidance on what a syllabus would look like.
Did you ever find this out Dave? I'm in the same boat - it was actually listed on the MTO site but seems to have been removed. I'm on my M2(M) now and have a couple of years left on it but find...
The torque spec is not 121 lb/ft, it's 221 lb/ft! I've had my wheels off a few times and I can tell ya, getting to 221 is a workout for an older "portly" gentleman like myself!
Reporting back in case anyone else has this. It looks like Candmryder was bang on. I left some cardboard underneath the bike for the past 24 hours and it's clean as a whistle so there's no leak. ...
Thanks Candmryder, that's super interesting! I did add some oil (not much) that brought the level up to around 3/4 of the acceptable range but I'm going to double check this now before going out...
Bit of a weird one here. I have 3000 kms on my 2019 Ryker 900 and did the first oil change last weekend. Before I changed the oil, i noticed a drip of oil had formed on the large drain plug which I...
Hey there. I'm in Ottawa and bought my warranty for my 900 last year from Loiselle in Embrun (https://www.loisellesports.com/). I went with the 3 year one, here were the prices:
12 month -...
Thanks Highwayman! It looks like it'll just fit! Impending investment after the "white stuff" has gone.
Wondering if anyone can tell me if the Shad saddblebag has enough space to fit a 15" macbook pro?
Hi there,
I'd never noticed this today so it may be normal but...
Does anyone else have a bit of play in the airbox (drivers left) where it will have a bit of play in it? I took off the...
