Ok have the bike up on the lift, both bolts are missing that go through the rubbers, also in your photo with the red arrow both of those spacers/bolts ate loose/ So looks like I will be ordering...

When I purchased the bike, it did come w/ BajaRon Sway bar installed.

Both ends are bolted w/ larger bolts that I see, what I did notice there is a little slop when I move from side to side....
