I got my machine back - the culprit was a nicked oring on the slave cylinder.

The thermostat failed on my '13 RS (while under warranty) in the closed position (resulted in overheating). Shop replaced it, but I don't know how long it took.

Symptoms and cause follow:
2013 RS w. 5300 miles, observed lack of resistance when depressing clutch lever. Hyd fluid was low, filled to full mark in reservoir. 6 weeks later, same situation...

If my machine is back from clutch repair, sounds good!
