My 19 F3L has a dead battery. Is it accessed by pulling the frunk out? Do those plastic rivets just break off?

My 19 F3L has a dead battery. Is it accessed by pulling the frunk out? Do those plastic rivets just break off?
Ok, I went ahead and bought an Ultimate seat for my 19 F3L. It is better than stock, but... This weekend I took the F3 down to the dealer for annual maintenance and picked up the wife's 16 RT. Two up...
Might have to see if I can find the one I bought for the 12. Have to be cut and new straps, but it's an idea. Gate guard at the post asked if I'd run over a grizzly bear...
OK, thanks for the responses. Had an Airhawk for my 2012 RT, and it helped, some. Eventually went to the Ultimate, and still used the Airhawk some. Unfortunately, I guess I left it in the trunk, when...
Seems like this doesn't have much in the way of give. Don't want to lose the feeling of sitting down in the bike, but are there better/more comfortable seat replacements?
My legs do not like to be kept in one position too long. My old RT (2012) had the Seal floorboards and the ability to move around some really made a difference in riding. The only floorboards I can...
Ok, I like the info on this post. I, too, am considering downsizing to a Ryker. Due to health issues and the fact that I can't get my wife to retire, I don't see much long trips in our future. I'll...
Got it back, dealer said BRP told him to do a couple tests, and when they were done, told him to replace the brake motor.
Just dropped my 16 RTS off at the dealer with the same issue.
Welcome, another benefit of the Motorcycle safety course, it can save you bucks on the insurance.
Maybe my reading skills have deteriorated, went out today, parked where the sun was not on the screen, found the right paragraph in the manual, and got it done. Thanks.
Is there a trick to setting the FM radio presets on a 19 F3L?
Shore power?
What are the host hotels for Spyderfest?
Thanks for the info. Not Mitscher, FFG-57 was Reuben James, precommed her in 85 and went to her decom in 2012.
Is Sena Bluetooth? Do I need a phone with Bluetooth to operate this kind of communicator?
Just got my wife through the three wheel rider training that Can Am has been subsidizing. Unsurprisingly, it looks like we will be becoming a 2 Spyder family. Joyce has suggested that it might be a...
Prayers and good thoughts. Peace.
Haven't been here for a while, but just got to wondering, which can be dangerous. I am somewhat broad and deep and was just wondering, (there's that word again), has anyone ever checked the mileage...
Riding my 2012 RT-S SE5, I decided to modernize a bit and bought a 2016 RT-S SE6. I loved my 2012, but with every ride, I like this one better!
Has a section describing a 600 mile break in period. Then it says, "After the break-in period, your vehicle should be inspected as per the MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE subsection." The first maintenance in...
Kansas has started milling it's concrete roads. Some sections end up with a pattern that has caused the original equipment tires to shimmy around 40 mph. Check the road.
Got 11,000 on the first and 9500 on the second.
Ok, Racine wasn't commissioned until 71 and I didn't get there until 75.
Thanks, when were you AD? I hauled Marines around the Pacific back in the 70s on an LST.
Is there a web address to find one online?
I've been riding Burp since he told me what to call him. Just looked at him, and there it was.
I've put Baja Ron's sway bar, an ultimate seat, and the higher tail/brake light bar on my 2012. Did BRP ever make any of those unnecessary or will I be starting again?
I have a 2012 RT-S that I got so my wife and I could go riding. I've retired, but she's still got a couple years to go, and I'm concerned that the 2012 might be a little ragged by that time. I...
My own right shoulder replacement is scheduled for next week. This will be the third surgery on this shoulder, the scars are starting to look like a tic tac toe board. I am very right handed, so...
