Just had Q5's front tires installed. Used 2oz of 2mm ceramic beads bought off eBay from seller that sells by the ounce....with 10oz minumin @ 1.29 per oz.

Had the same issue on my 2018. Finally got it to open....cable was froze. As you worked lube and now works fine.
But, as a second option, I noticed there is a hole thru the swivel latch. Ran a wire...

I have both Tric and Pops light strips.
Have two issues with Tric, replaced couple days no charge after sending pictures showing burnt out LED's.
SpyderPops replaced one that was my fault. Phone...
