I use the CanAm Zumo 660 but the latest map upgrade changed the screen font for speed, etc to some kind of outlined bold that is hard to read .
Can't find anyway to change it.

We could start an entire new thread "What were you doing when the Nanny spanked you?"
Thanks all.
My current boss spent 20+ years in the tire business and basically told me the same thing other than the "VREDESTEIN" info.
Thanks again.
I see interesting tread designs while looking for front tires on 16 RT and I'm curious as to tire life with a winter tire run all summer.
That's the one I ended up using.
Thanks all for the help.
Thanks-I'll keep 'fishing around' as I'm hesitant to remove all of the front plastic right now.
If you are on facebook there is a group called "Motorcycling with Fido" that has a bunch of information.
Thanks. My manual Pg 155 explained the two fuse positions for the outlet. That's why I was wondering where the trunk outlet wire might be and hoping to find it when replacing the trunk lid support.
16 RT.
I've been searching the forum on switched auxiliary wiring. I am using a relay to power extra LED lights and looking for a switched power source for the 'low amp side' of the wiring. I see...
2016 RT - I found a used set of Tri-Axis Bars on this forum. The you tube video helped a lot. I had a few parts missing but it was easy to source bolts, etc locally. I had to deal with some messed...
here is a link to the light. I've been thinking about the band clamp
I'm looking for more forward light to fill in the space between low beams and high beams, if that makes any sense....
I have the square BZ221-5 spotlight pattern.
I have replaced the bike's headlights with LED's.
I did not replace the fog lights with LEDs.
Looking for more light when I ride to work early in...
I have a pair of GROTE LED spot lights I would like to mount on the front of my '16 RTL.
There is too much plastic and minimum metal places to mount them.
They are square and measure about 3.5" x...
After 25 years as firearms instructor, farming, heavy equipment mechanic, my ears are pretty bad. A lot of folks don't understand that losing your hearing can also make your ears more sensitive to...
I drive a mile of gravel each time I leave and come home. I found that lowering the windshield all the way helps some but not a cure for dust.
I was tired of having to constantly change wrist/grip position on the sloppy OEM throttle. The Pedal Box in Sport mode has removed that problem for me.
As long as we're on the subject, I have a 16 RTL I bought with 1200 miles on it. As far as I know it's never been on the BUDS for any updates, other than the DESS disabled. Should I get it in...
There's a thread on fB Can-Am Spyder Owners - Self Service & Technical concerning whether the ECU needs remapping after a cat-delete.
My understanding it is once it is done, let it idle for 10...
Thanks for this forum and this post (among others, of course)
Put the Pedal Box on a month ago or so. Spring thaw finally allowed a short ride today and w/in 100 yards, no throttle. :yikes:...
I'd like to but not when the closest class is over 4hrs away.
Search "Pure Gas" in the app stores.
I like the T6 when I had a couple of Kawasaki Vulcans and now for the Spyder as well as the John Deere 4600 that is currently moving the snow while the RT-L is on the table going through installation...
Yes that's it. I did about the same as you did.
I hate those hidden bolts that can't be seen and not mentioned in any instructions or videos.
I finally found the GPS connecter behind the gas...
Trying to disconnect GPS but cannot find a disconnect anywhere.
Traced the cable marked in red. Ignore other wire terminal marked as red as it was one of two I marked red or blue.

I was able to find a couple bolts, unseen but got a socket on them. Recovered one from the floor and the other disapperaed into the innards somewhere. Can't get a socket on the other two yet..

How do I remove this part?
TIA
When we were getting frustrated, working on a piece of farm equipment, a former boss would say "Some engineer got a bonus for designing it that way."
Well if I ever meet that engineer . . . ...
One other thing is putting a narrow tire on the wide rim won't be as tall as the same tire on a narrow rim.
Don't ask me how I know.
One can get 10gauge battery tender leads on Amazon.
I've used them for years in case I needed to boost start my bikes.
Are the handlebars still available?
