I agree on the color. Back when I was a fleet manager, all of our vehicles had to be white per the owner. I've seen enough white to last a lifetime.

I have to agree with Valkrocket, not an OEM hole! Ask the person who you purchased it from.

My guess would be the previous owner was planning to install a light and needed a hole to run the wire...

It will fit, I have one on my 2020 RT and the grips are the same.
