Also put on your original? thread...Ashland is half-way between Cleve. / Columbus on I-71...loyal Buckeye...at least three other Spyders around that I've seen fairly regularly...
Ashland here...pretty much half-way between Cleveland / Columbus on I-71...GO BUCKS...O-H-
:agree: Since they pair w my phone, I'm assuming the thief would have to steal the FOBOs AND my phone in which case, I'd have more issues than the FOBO theft!
I had and MP3 and loved it as it seemed more stable than two wheeled scooters. You're correct that you only have to pass a leg thru vs up and over like a Spyder. However, with the MP3, you still...
firefly...that's what i'm left with doing now but being a bit clumsy, i'll inadvertently nudge the signal to the right instead of straight down and now i have a right signal going...must be confusing...
Have a 2016 F3T and I'm having turn signal issues. Left won't turn off after a left-hand corner turn and handle bars are returned to straight. Also seems to stay on way longer than the 30 sec? time...
also had trouble getting the correct amt from the bottle, thru the tube and past the valve...oz or so lost on the floor, tube fell off...required an extra pair of hands...also thought about syringe...
For those commenting on their use, how does one "compress" the Nelson - Rigg bag and keep it compressed? Most "compression" bags I've packed in the car are plastic ones and vacuum sweeper hose...
Had this going on an earlier post, but thought I'd share here. Put FOBOs on last season and loved them. Put new batteries in a few wks back and all was good. I wanted to change the hi/lo parameters...
Had similar issue(s) with the FOBO not re-syncing...replaced the batteries this spring and they re-synced fine...then I adjusted the hi / low settings and had to re-pair the sensors and they wouldn't...
Yukon...you might try a reply from 3/4/16 dsvogel...mentions using a FOBO on the air shock and someone has tried it w some success
Followed woodbox thread and also older ones on the F3T air adjustable shock. It seems there's an "acceptable leak" of ~ 1-2 pounds / ride or per week or so. Mine seems to leak much faster than that....

On the windshield replacement thread below I'd noted when I replaced the original with the F4Custom, all four washers were cracked...it seemed a bit early to be doing that since I'd just bought it in...
Fritz,
Good question...the top of the screen is just above my eye-line, so the majority of the time I'm looking through it...and over it to look way down the road...if that makes any sense...sorry...
I have another post on this subject but my original had the black grommets (that were already starting to crack BTW and I've only had the machine a few mos) and a thin black metal washer...I pitched...
Just wanted to add my 2 cents...got my new F4Customs W/S for my 2016 F3T last Fri from Don in Streetsburo OH...had to drive the cage d/t weather but other than that it was great...they are nice folks...
THANKS for all the good input...Bob D, the "looking for the arrow / not looking down the road" was exactly my problem...I'll let my "ears" and tach do the shift reminders...as always, this forum is...
New 2016 F3T rider ~ 600 mi so far and LOVE IT...just a question re ECO Mode...tried search for ECO and ECO Mode and didn't find any thing and not much in the manual...I'm sure the dealer covered it...
