Doesn't sound like he needs an alignment. Sounds like the handlebars are loose and need to be straightened and tightened up.

We need that setup here in the USA. That would work great with the bags I have on another motorcycle.
I have to recommend Thomas at IMotorsports as well.
Today I added 3yr. extended Best Warranty on 2 Rykers for $621 ea.
What dealer did you get the $620 deal from? I have 2 Rykers that I want to add the extended warranty to.
You are correct in removing the 2 bolts holding the caliper. Yes the brake disc is attached to the wheel.
Here is what I posted some time back on changing the fender.
I have replaced the Rally...
Would you recommend the Anycubic I3 Mega or suggest looking for something else?
leenanj,
What 3D printer are you using?
When I first got mine and rode it a little I found some oil in the same spot but none on the floor. I wiped it off and have not seen any since. I am thinking it was just a protective coating of oil...
I agree. It would be great when you just want to get somewhere and hold a steady speed. Can't wait until someone comes up with it.
Can't wait until someone actually comes out with a real cruise control for the Ryker. It is throttle by wire so should be easy to do.

What mode were you in to get that mileage?
I think there is a little notch in the plastic under the rubber seal just so you can run the wire like you said and close the door.
Since he is in Switzerland I wonder if it is tuned differently then USA models and what he is having done just brings it up to what we have here already.
Looks like the spec sheet you linked to is an older version. Check out the link that Dragracer gave and the specs. are different.
According to the technical data sheet on the T-6 5w-40 it does not state that it meets the SJ,SL,SM, or SJ specification that the Ryker owners manual specifies.
The 600 does have vss and abs brakes. What it does not have is the ECO mode or Sport mode that the 900 has. Also does not have Rally mode that the 900 Rally has.
Any pricing yet?
Don't know if everyone knows it but the dealer installs the bars during assembly. If the bars are crooked it is the dealers fault.
It is similar to a bolt with a long smooth shaft at the bottom and threads at the top. It screws in in place of the bolt pulling the handlebars loose. The BRP part# 529036459 steering stem puller.
If it is already loose then you could use this method. If the bars are tight and were just installed crooked it take a special tool to get the bars loose. No amount of hitting is going to get them...
There are no splines on the handlebar stem. It is just a smooth tapered press fit.
Had the same thing on my Ryker. Cleaned it off and it has not come back.
I think BRP's target market was the younger generation. Most of them don't know how to use a screwdriver let alone a tool kit. They just call the person to fix something. I don't think they...
Here are a some pictures of the Shad SH-48 mounted to the Ryker.

I installed the Shad SH-48 on my Ryker. It looks like it was made for it. Used Shad included mounting brackets on the front of the Max Mount and drilled and tapped 2 holes in the back. I only ride...
A large allen wrench works great to hold the wheel from turning and is hard so it does not bend.
I bought my Rally for $10,200 plus tax and tags. $10,863 total out the door. Went back in March and my brothers purchased 2 more for the same deal. No freight or dealer add on fees of any kind.
He also pointed out his hand guards were loose. Kind of points to bad dealer assembly all around to me.
Probably comes down to dealer not tightening the wheel nut properly. When braking the loose wheel would move back and forth on the pins causing them to come loose from the wheel.
I bought one from the dealer. Part #529036457. It was expensive, I think $140. I think you can get one that fits on Ebay much cheaper. Search the forum as someone has posted about it.
