Terri, thanks for taking the time to research that.
As far as having more white and amber lights up front, I guess it's one of those things that cops could get you for, but don't.

Sure glad you're ok.
Riding it with the power steering disconnected isn't bad at all. In fact, when I bought mine, the DPS was out and the new part was on order, so I drove it for the 1st 4 weeks...
The RT was at Ted's today, but only till noon. Does anyone know if it's going to be anywhere else in the area this afternoon?
The RT was at Ted's today, but only till noon. Does anyone know if it's going to be anywhere else in the area this afternoon? As usual, the cr@ppy Can Am website has no information.
Thank you!
Can anyone tell me the diameter size of the Kewlmetal handlebars? I can't find the info on their website.
Thanks
I have the Corbin Fleetliner fairing with 10" windscreen.
Well I must admit, the couple times I have been caught in the rain, I was amazed at how well protected I was. Seems like the only things that got a little wet were my knees, hands, and top of my...
Well even though my Spyder makes riding in rain safer and less scary than it was on 2 wheels, I ride for FUN and riding in rain ain't fun.
So my vote's going in the "Crazy" column! :roflblack:
Welcome to the group! Hope your wait is not too long. You're going into riding season over there.... Do you have something to ride in the interim?
I think the waiting might be easier over here, as...
I have a couple HOG friends who were on that ride. Glad you had a great time. I don't enjoy the iron butt stuff, that's too much riding for me!
It's really nice in this and the other thread, to read all these outpourings of love for your wives.
I adore my husband, who among other things, patiently taught me to ride 2 wheels, and helped...
[QUOTE]Friends shouldn't do that. HD riders are like that. I know I've been riding HD for 40 years. My friends didn't mind if I rode a Honda, Kowa or a Suski rode them be can't spell them. Other HD...
That looks terrific! Is the spider painted or embroidered? ( I'm viewing with my iPhone, so can't make out the details).
It's just that I do a lot of group rides with a HOG chapter, and I already feel looked down upon a bit because I'm no longer on a Harley plus no longer on 2 wheels.
But when it's KSU time, they jump...
After breaking my leg in June and missing the next 10 weeks of riding season recovering, I know just how great it feels to climb back on. :congrats: Wishing you many myles of smyles.
I have to let my Spyder warm up a few minutes before I can take off. Otherwise, when I turn the throttle, it misses. Hubs thinks that shouldn't happen on a fuel injected v-twin engine. Our...
We bought one off ebay for 99 cents delivered... it was a download. Now it's an icon on the desktop that opens the entire manual in pdf format. It included all the TSB's and newsletters as well. ...
Thanks for the explanation!
My bike was a consignment sale through the dealer. I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask them if they could contact the previous owner and ask him if he still has it.
My Spyder, which I bought used, came with the BRP sport rack and rear backrest. I would like to take the backrest off. But that leaves a hole in the top of the sport rack.
What goes there? Is...
:congrats: to Black Widow!
Magic Man, thanks for doing this, it is fun and appreciated.
Really sorry about your accident, glad you weren't hurt. Hope the dealer can get you back on the road in record time!
Hey watch it! I'm a grandma!
I bought a service manual off ebay for .99 cents. It was downloadable pdf format, and came with all the updates, newsletters and service bulletins.
Like what? Really, I'm not seeing it.
You know what I could use? a small compartment, like a windshield bag... something up front and convenient that could hold a garage door opener, my house...
I'm not in Nevada, but waving hello and wlecome to you anyway!
welcome:congrats:
Well I don't think it's a good idea to make the wiring that taut? It needs a little play for a reason.
:congrats:welcome Fun to hear the excitement in your voice. Welcome to the group, and here's wishing you many happy miles!
I've heard, and wonder if it's true... that adding a 3" riser can be done with the existing wiring, but go to 4" and the wiring is not long enough and will need extending... at greater cost and...
