Saw them in Denver a while back when they were only in their early sixties. This band puts on a hell of a show, absolutely full of non-stop energy. If you get a chance to see them you won't regret it.

I'm sorry you lost your pal, AK. My sympathies are with you.
I'll second that:clap:.
I had one of my seats that was slippery enough for my wife to slide into me on stops. I went to the local sporting goods store and in the baseball section they had a towel with a substance for...
This is the proper method to tie down a spyder.
Awesome, this one is practically in my backyard. I'll be there for sure.
My cable came loose from the holder on the bottom left hand side of the bike once. It was an easy fix if a person knows where to look.
Drove a sub (USS Trepang SSN 674) for four years in the early 1970's. One of those years we put on more miles than any other ship in the Navy. I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.
That's one of the great benefits of riding in the Hills. Spyders just love this elevation and I frequently get over 40 mpg. Do watch out for the buffalo. Our Spyder was destroyed and I was banged up...
I have these boards as well and like them a lot. They place my feet in a lower and more comfortable position than some of the competitors boards. They are also very solid. I did change out the...
I hope he comes back soon. Scotty's information is of great value to all of us.
Bob is right. Those were the symptoms when my DPS went out a couple of years ago. I was doing twisties and it was quite disconcerting. I did check my relays right away but that wasn't it. Good luck...
:agree: with the Frogg Toggs, my wife is 5'1" and they fit her fine.
Our thoughts and sympathies go out to this family.
Merry Christmas from Bill and Marty in Custer, South Dakota.
We ride for the therapy of it. After all the aggravations of work and life, when we ride the stress just melts away.
Last summer we decided to do our first long trip. We had made several 300 to 350 miles day trips so we felt we were ready. We bought saddlebags and bungied on a pretty large bag to the backrest. We...
Please folks tie down your Spyder through the wheels as the manual recommends. Tying over the A arms and ratcheting down the Spyder will destroy your alignment. Ask me how I know this.
I see this as I'm procrastinating going out and splitting some wood. I keep telling myself I'm waiting for it to warm up a little bit more.
This only time this happens to me is when my wife is still on the bike. (I sure hope she doesn't read this:D)
Grumpy Bob,
I hope you can kick that infection quickly and that they don't find any other problems. Thank you for your service.
I would gladly pay someone $150.00 for a professional job. Mine took 16 hours on my first bike (in my avatar). I haven't found anything that would look right with my burnt orange RSS yet, so it is...
Mine varies a lot. If I'm running interstate speeds at low elevation it's around 30, at higher elevation (5000+ ft) at 55 mph I will get over 40 mpg. 35 mph twisties at elevation it gets around 35.
Mike, Thank you for your response, the tires are wearing evenly to the outside. As to the shutter, I really hope I'm not flashing everyone as I find the modulator headlights very irritating. I will...
I read this last night and today looked at my tires, both fronts are wearing unevenly after only 1000 miles of riding with the relocators. I had heard nothing about getting an alignment when...
Super easy to do at home, even a caveman (me) could do it.
The flagpole breaking is a real concern. I was on a mission last year when the wind was gusting to 50mph and the pvc pole on the bike in front of me snapped. It broke in the middle of the flag so it...
Yes I have a little more clearance with the stock shocks and relocators. I think it about 1/2 and inch or so higher on my RSS. I was also able to lower my shock settings for a more comfortable ride....
I'm sorry Lamont, I hope you both will heal quickly.
I have two dealers in my area, one is 40 miles away and the other 112. Although they both take appointments and in both shops everyone is really nice, the dealer that is further away has a BRP...
