Sounds like very poor diagnostic measure too me , I wouldn't begin too blame BRP for that at all . Sounds like you need to blame technician for this .

AS far as I know there are only two twins with a single crank pin are HD and Yamaha and they do have about the same rumble . Spyder is not a single crank pin
