I babe the halo kit and I use ramps up front and a jack under swing arm to raise the Spyder. I don't see how one could use an ATV jack with the halo kit

So let me see if I understand... You used an ST riser to get the correct bolt pattern for the tri-axis bars? Do you have any idea if that would work on an 09 GS?

I live in AZ as well. I agree that it is a fuel expansion issue. I have had it happen to me and now I park it with no more than 3/4 tank. I would check hoses as well, gets kind of hot and dry here

When I bought my Spyder it was in Dallas. I put the shipping out to bid on Uship.com, had the bike in two days for less than I could have gotten it myself. The Spyder now lives in Phoenix, Az

I don't have a drain plug either, but you could certainly add one. With the lack of insulation, a soft cooler with ice packs might be more practical .

I pulled the axle per hitch instructions. There may be an easier way, but I had no problem
