There may be an answer on here already as I haven't gotten to read all the posts..... I'm a double leg amputee and have an ISCI hand brake. It stops my RS but if it were an emergency stop I'd be in...

LOL. That's something I haven't done in years. I remember the first bike I got with electric start..... I thought it was heaven !

ISCI says with the hand brake you should receive the exact same braking ability as with the foot pedal however I've spoken to no one who agrees.

Thanks, I do have the ISCI aftermarket hand brake on my 2011 the only issue is the dealers here will not work on adjust or touch anything not OEM so your kinda in a bind trying to get it worked on. ...

There's a lot of disabled riders out there, me being one of them. I'd sure like to see Spyder consider these riders as they design new models. There a few very simple things like a factory hand brake...

Again, not sure if the 2012 is the same but if you open the frunk there is an additional fuse/relay box on the left side. I would check those and make sure they are all tight. Your owners manual...

Have you check the relay in the fuse box? I know my 2011 has a relay, I imagine the 2012 does as well. It could be loose or even bad.
