No sir this bike come from the factory as a non cruise and no heated grips it is the Base Model and Not anything else and BRP did this on many of the STS's

If you have whats there the all you need is the switch and BAM !!! you got heated grips ... well my wife does anyhow .. I hope this makes everything clear .. OH heres a pic of the switch installed...

I picked up a new switch assembly for under 200 dollars so it was a no brainer and the wife is Super Happy and we all how that is :bowdown:

OK in 2013 most sts's had heated grips the manufacture did not put the switch nor did they put the 15 amp fuse in to make them work as it was...

there was a thread on how to mod the switch housing but I cant find it so I will tell everyone what I did to get the cruise working on my wifes 2013 sts . I replaced the right hand switch housing...

Limited is the only model with cruise, heated grips and fog lights .hers is sts & Not A Limited. I have some switches but not 2 position I really didnt want to use one but if I have too then so be it...

The main reason I asked the question was I found a sweet deal on a set of bags the only thing is there for a RS but I'll call my local dealer and ask them as I also have the part number

Congrats on the bike . We are a lot alike as I have a closet full of HD gearthat I wear as well ( 20 years worth ) but now when someone says anything I tell them its the only dependable HD I now own...
