Pretty sure its at the inlet side of the fuel filter....

put the key in last night and smelled fuel right away b4 even hitting the starter button.

Wet spot was at the end of the fuel line...

Might of found the leak....

Second time i turned the key on and smelled raw fuel. without even starting.

Looks to be the crimp clamp side at the inlet of the fuel filter.

yep....lost mine for the 3rd time,,,,,$40.plus for a whole assembly when all is needed is the plastic..... ( 2 to 5 usd ).....going to aftermarket.

Brakes on mine are bad also.

twice the shop has tried to fix it ( bled em ) and it works well at first and then shortly after we are back to square one.
Next they might change out the master...

Also i had stumbling at 3-4k rpm....and coolant leaking from the pump.

On the burn up....
First time was after filling up on a hot day....fumes ignited.
Second time ....over fill...

Mine is my brakes.
Worked ok at first and then faded.
Twice the shop has done there best to solve the problem...............no joy, works , then same old story.

Been thru 2 dps recalls.

Fired it up and smelled gas right away.

Found gas ( raw/wet ) on r/s at fuel filter junction.

Did an immediate shut down and clean up.

Got the plastic off, tonight....

checked oil ( cold ) antifreeze ( cold ) Brake fluid ( cold )
wiped out air box......( oil ee )

will do more in the morning

1st time .... sitting at a stop light after filling up.

2nd time ....WHILE......refueling after leaving the bbq at lamonsters on my way back to ktown.....( great tri tip ) .

Next thing i know there are flames coming up...

If by E brake you mean the parking brake.....are you talking about the latch at the foot lever?

So times if a person pushes down and in towards the spider....a bit to hard...the latch will not...

The spyder is just out of the shop , So i figured what better place then a run up 129 and some other roads before some of you get...

Where will the friday night bbq be?

I just put a set of mx grips on.
Cut the stock hard plastic off...lube up (soap) the new grips ....and slid'em on.

I've had all kinds of individuals play with spydee.
Then when i come out....lookin like i do.....they tend to back off.
Funny....never happened with any of my harleys.

Anybody having parking brake issues???????????

Lately mine has been sticking after i apply it. Have to put a lot of weight on it to release and try a few times to get it to release.

Suggestions...

Take a razor blade and cut the factory grips off.........

Lube up whatever you want......(sportgrip size)......

Slip it on and........enjoy.....
