I have tinitus and wear disposable ear plugs when wearing 3/4 helmet.. foam disposable.. had some made at the ear doc, but they seem to increase the wind noise under the helmet.. ok for other use..
Wife and I both have the helmet.. for us they are a good fit, decent ventlation, fairly light weight.. don't have the jaws. Basically we like the helmets.
