i have been riding my Spyder on long rides in temps from 25 to 119 F, i didn't care for either of those temps.
My normal riding temps are between 50 to 90 F, but being in Arizona i do short trips up...
I take trips to my sons cabin which is 450 mile trip in one day. It takes about 7 hours which is a long day of riding. The Spyder is very capable of the trip. The big question is whether you are....
I have a 2013 with 55k miles on it. I added some insulation under the seat which helped a little, not much.
I tried other solutions but found that the beads worked the best for me. Lets a lot of...
I bought me a newer RT and gave my wife the older RT.
Now we are both happy.
I bought my 2013 RTL new and have put 40k miles on it including a trip to Alaska, I have had only one small problem with it. It has been an excellent machine. My wife is now riding it and I have...
I like these these the best, easy to install and use.

Not sure where you were looking, the website lists the CLC camper at 250lbs fully loaded, that is with camping gear and such. Just the camper weighs in at less than 200lbs.

I have built one of the CLC camper. It was a lot of fun and a lot of work.
I added brakes to the trailer. and working on getting it all integrated with the bike, so no road test...
I also had some minor shaking when I installed my FOBO on my 2018 RT. Took them off and no shaking. Had the tires rebalanced with the FOBO installed and the problem went away.
I broke one of those tabs also. Read on a post in here to glue back on with PVC pipe glue. Worked great, have even had it off a couple times since with no issues, now that I know how to take it off...
Had to add brake fluid for the first time last week, 2013 RTS with 35k miles
I had the same problem. After searching on their website found one that said to turn off everything but the blue tooth connection and that finally worked for me. So I put my phone in airplane mode...
2013 RT-S with 38,000 still going strong, have had no issues with it. It now belongs to the wife, bought me a 2018 RT.
Thanks for the info, I will try it for $20.
Order a yellow one for my grandson for his birthday, he loved it.
Makes all kinds of noise and has lots of little led lights.
(Yes, i got one for me too!!)
Both of mine died at/or about the same time.
Left early one morning and no headlights, I also had to use the foglights for visability.
I checked all the relays and fuses.
Pulled one headlight out...
2013 RT-S just passed 34k and its running great with no problems.
I use this and it works just great.

My wife and i rented one when we were in Las Vegas to try it out.
She could not even steer it, way to stiff.
I put about 200 miles on it, convinced us to buy a Spyder.
I bought the 2013 version.
For the price it works good for me.
Mine is kinda half 2013 and 2012 but it give me a real good idea to look for.
I just went through this also. Had front tires replaced, on way home started having vibrations at 50 mph. Put another 100 miles on just for testing and vibrations at 50 stayed. Took it back to...
This is the same converter that BRP uses on my 2013, just splice in the BRP connectors.

I have a 2013 RT-S, the one that was supposed to have all the problems, mine has been trouble free, 24,000 miles and it just gets better.
I rode mine to work for 2 years, rain or shine, cold or hot (and it gets hot here), until i retired. Loved it because I could ride in the car pool lanes !!
I have a 2013 RTS and regularly ride in over 100 in the summer and have had a few rides in over 110 and never had the display problem. But we have a dry heat, maybe it is a temp/humidity problem.
I have them for both gas and water on my trailer. They work great.
I have never really had to use them, but I do on occasion to keep the gas cycled.
I have gotten this once or twice when I was out and about and parked it for a while and the temp was above 110.
It went away after getting on the highway, did not seem to affect the bike any.
I use this also, works great, out of the way, never had a problem.
I have a little trouble getting in and out on occasion, just kinda role out of the tent.
I was more concerned about the weight, the trailer is less than 200lbs, doubt I have over 300 when loaded....
I go with just a cargo trailer and use a tent.
I can have my tent set up in a couple of minutes, have lots of room for storage.
