Thanks everyone, I'll get some today. Maybe the 15w-40 is more sheer stable..
I thought so, and the API-SM is gone.
Question is the 2012 SE5 clutch and T6.
I see Rotella T6 has dropped the API-SM and is JASO MA/MA2 so does that now make it OK to run in my wife's 2012 RT SE5?
I know, I know oil thread but think of it as not another "What do you use"...
RICZ passed the end of July after a very long illness.
Many on here know Ric and if you ever met him in person you would see why after meeting either online like here or in person
you instantly...
But..but...but, what octane gas should I use with car tires and synthetic oil?
Thank you.
Thanks Dad. ;)
I'm more interested in the mounting bracket than the pegs themselves. Anyone ever see anything like this?

Lived in Phoenix 24 years, rode year around. 50 miles daily for work and 200 miles to the get away house up North. Always cover up, exposed skin is dehydration, mesh jacket and a skull cap under the...
Sure is fun to watch.
Did you ride all the way to the antennas? I was up there one time and helped a hang glider launch from the backside of the mountain.
Looks like the LED's I use, they are pattern adjustable after install by loosening the set screw and turning them, I wouldn't consider anything else. I used them in my Victory and my Suzuki V-Strom,...
Way off subject, I've seen KISS twice on the end of the road tour before everything was shut down. Phoenix AZ and Laughlin NV.
Those are big words.
I hoard Rice Krispies, I like to be different.
I smile every time someone states that, they have to work within set guidelines that's not always best for the rider or the machine. Cooperate cost cutting and emissions.
If I had $1 for every time Harley was going bankrupt I would have enough money to buy a new Harley.
No traction problems with the General and I'm running it at 20psi.
My Sena 10 speakers are fine for voice but music sounds terrible.
What do you need to have done?
My wife's Spyder came from ride now as did the V-Strom I had and I didn't have any problems with them at all in fact they were very helpful.
My 2012 had idle issues, it was the vacuum lines on the throttle bodies that had cracked.
Bought my wife's RT at Ride Now Peoria and they treated us right. The 2012 RT was a trade in and they put new tires on it, oil change, coolant flush and battery.
The price was fair also. They do...
My 2015 Suzuki V-Strom 650 is also a twin, with a 10,500 RPM red-line.
2006 Triumph Rocket 3
2015 Victory Cross Country
I think sometimes people do these things just because, no reason beyond just wanting to. That might not be the case here but maybe it is.
I change final drive fluid every oil change on my Triumph Rocket 3, easy to do and really, why not.
My wife has put some miles on her aligned Spyder and reports "It just feels tighter" corning is better and cross winds don't seem to have as much effect.
Good news!!!
With so many choices in wet clutch compatible oils out there why would you want to take a chance?
