I had the left bracket crack an my dealer told me it wasn't covered under warranty. I now have noticed that the right side has done the same thing. Should I call customer service ?

Removed the upper side panel and ever so lightly tugged on the cable and BAM the frunk opened right up. Thanks Lamont for the tip. :yes::yes::yes:

The locking mechanism design is different on the 12 RSS. Wouldn't work with that year/model. Helpful tip though for ST owners. :thumbup:

Yes they are the same size, I'm sure there is a way to wire them to the head lamps. I did it as per instructions said. Wired strait of the battery with an inline fuse.

Where is the best position to place the jack stands ?

Can you support just the front with two jack stands by jacking it up and placing jack stands ? Want to take front tires off to change tires.

I had the same problem, I had to replace the shifting housing but it was under warranty so no cost to me.
