I dont know if you have tried this, but you have to pair the sr10 and phone in the correct order. If you dont it causes trouble. Just checking.

Try bumping the ptt button two quick times and see if that doesnt turn the sr10 off.

You have VOX intercom activated in the settings. You have to go into the settings and deactivate this feature.
