I agree. I have a 9500ix and it is a great unit. It is very reliable in all conditions.:ohyea:

What's snow?
Weather here is just cooling down enough to start getting in some good riding. We have about another 6 months of riding weather so it is a good time.
I removed mine shortly after I bought my 2010 RT Limited new. I had installed a right side heat shield and did not notice any problem and the tempertures remained the same. My mechanic at the time...
I have had a couple of services and BajaRon's sway bar installed at Apache Motorcycles in Mesa Az. My service adviser was David Walls who was very friendly and helpful. Hope this helps.
After a week of 118* plus I am ready to do it. Who sells the best A/C unit for a Spyder? :doorag:
From what I have heard about past Owner Events, I will never go to one. Go to SpyderFest instead.
At my house today it was 112.1 on one thermometer and 112.4 on the other one. Take your pick but I was not out riding with or without a jacket. The low tonight is suppose to be 86 which means it will...
Gila, Are you using the Spyder dealer on the NW side of Tucson or the one on the east side? Have heard the one on the East side is the better one.
We would be happy to take some of that rain if you would send it this way. Forest fires are already starting.:doorag:
I agree with the mouse traps. I used them for years to keep cats from getting into my boats. I usually takes two times for the cat to get "hit" with the traps and they do not come back.;)
Cannot help you with that as I had my dealer install it.
Just had the sway bar installed and rode the RT about 70 miles. Much of this was freeway with a 15-20 mph side wind and a lot of 18 wheelers. I also have Elka's in the front. This bar makes a big...
After the laws the Colorado Legislature passed this winter on the Second Amendment, I will never visit Colorado again.
It has been a little hot the last couple of days (90-94) but it was 84 today and took the :spyder2: out for a 42 mile ride. It is suppose to be the same tomorrow and some of my riding buddys and I...
Thanks for the information. It sounds like I will be getting the sway bar. I hope Ron or someone is installing them at SpyderFest.
I am considering having Ron's sway bar installed at SpyderFest and was wondering if it will give me more stability. I already have Elka's on the front of my 2010 RT se5 and did not know if the sway...
I have used StarThon for a couple of years to counter the effects of Ethonol. I could not find it here for awhile so a guy at the store recommend Lucas "Octane Booster" as a replacement. Anyone have...
Don't worry. I heard they are working on solar panels that fit on a helmet and you can ride almost 5 miles with two of them.:roflblack:
My biggest concern when working traffic with a Spyder is the amount of time it takes to start the Spyder from turn of the key to being able to hit the starter, put it gear and take off in pursuit of...
Wonder if Cuba is second guessing their actions now? They had a great thing and got greedy. To bad. :lecturef_smilie:
Was at SF 2011 and had a great time. We are looking forward to seeing you Len and whoever has followed you from Cowtown.:ohyea:
Just made my reservations for SpyderFest at the Hampton Inn South on Glenstone St. Rates are a little more but I always try to stay at Hampton's. According to the hotel they are 5 min. from the...
Could not tell from the picture, but he must have a hand brake on it.
I have ridden on numerous Missions for troops coming and going to combat situations. It is hard when they come home severly injured or in coffins. The hardest thing for me is to see is this great...
This is just the beginning of where we are headed. Things are going to get much worse. Get prepared.
So does this mean we will be waiting much longer for parts than we are already? What is the difference between the "factory blew up" and an "Explosion"?:dontknow:
My Spyder refuses to leave the garage when it is below 50 degrees.:D
My survival kit is a cell phone and AAA. It has always worked for me.
I agree with Scotty. I do the same thing and have never had the Spyder move even an inch. Also, using padding between the straps and the rims is smart. ;)
