So.......my '14 did the shake and bake between 3800 up to 4200rpm. Had the belt adjusted at the dealer and put in a Smooth Spyder belt tensioner. While better it still vibrated. I do a lot of highway...

Are the '16 RT's in the showroom yet if so has anyone test rode it yet?

Seeing if the '16 show any improvement with lessening the vibration through the dreaded shake zone.

Thanks Andy, agree with your assessment on how to use, they made a big difference. Been using them on my GoldWing for years.

Here again I agree. Brought my RTL back to my dealer and all I get are deer in the headlight looks. They tell me they know nothing about it and make me feel it's all in my head.

I agree it's not speed but RPM's even on my RT Limited between 3800-4200 RPM regardless of my speed, it VIBRATES even with the belt tension set to the factory settings and belt alignment properly...

I would agree on the mpg, with two people, the RT cargo storage max'd and pulling the 622 trailer loaded with the wife's foo-foo stuff for 4400 miles we averaged 39mpg.
