We will out there for 2 weeks this year. First week camping at Deadwood, then a few days in Custer. This year doing more stuff at the Rally, then riding the sourthen part the next week.
I saw that was an option, but wondering about how secure it would be if gone all day? A couple others in the area did not have good or up to date reviews. Campgrounds are what we are looking for.
Anyone thinking of going this year? I am in the prosses of setting up trips this year and this one is on our list. Looking into a campground nearby and if anyone has recommendations it would be...
I fine many posts on rear tires and sizes. Just wondering what size 205 or 215 -60-15? Since coming from a 225-50-15. Still debating on brand.
That tire looks better than mine at 4500 miles!
Good to see you got your spot. There is overflow parking at the fairgrounds and it's secured. Places to stay downtown, but parking my be a problem, or have to pay for it.
The sound stays about same frequency, a little faster at 60 than 40. Can not hear it at lower speeds. The sound is always there at those speeds. As miles and time go it's getting louder.
2019 RT. Getting a little chriping noise in front right wheel area. Sounds like a wheel bearing sound. Jacked the bike up and all seams solid. Slight drag on brakes, both sides are the same. Blew out...
We are still planning on Deadwood. Less tourists, better riding.
Ya, but it takes longer to get back!
Try Black Hills Inn and Suits in Deadwood. Just out side of Deadwood but still has the trolley stop.
Yes we have been on part of the trail. Our favorite from last year was 85 starting at Cheyenne crossing to Newcastle, 16 to Custer. A nice leisure ride.
We will be making the trip to the rally again this year. This will be our 5 year, missed the 3rd year. Always enjoy the Hills & meeting riders from past years. The last 2 years we have taken a small...
No power. Key on or off. Have not pulled seat off and dug in to yet. Had rotator cuff surgery yesterday.
No trailer hooked up, checked wires at plug end.
Wire harness is orginal BRP . All cycle and tail light turn signals work fine. Trailer harness lights have no power at all. Checked with ground to battery.
The fuse was preinstalled and is good.
Shouldn't the lights work with the key on and not running? Did not start it yet.
Went out and started up, no difference.
I installed a BRP hitch and harness and there is no power to plug. I checked the fuse and it is OK. Before I take all the stuff off, I know should of checked before putting back togather, any thing...
