Make it me too for the premier 08 model.
Thanks for the 2011 update.
Thanks for the info.
Yes I know about ISCI. And I'm sure they are very good. But the price is just ridiculous. :yikes:
I see some of you are using 87 octane. I thought the RT was supposed to use 91(min.) octane. Due to the higher compression of 12.2:1
You could have spark knock and not here it due to wind and other...
:agree: Now all is needed is someone to make them (hand brake) at a reasonal price. That average people can afford!!!
I would try a different vender. I just bought one late last fall. I could have got it from several dealers; but hunted down the cheapest I could find on the old p.c.. if I remember right $55 or $56...
That would be very good if some one was marketing one to get better gas milage. Yet able to use the same belt.
You mean someone makes a sprocket for the old spyder????
But my birthday isn't until the 26th of Dec..:yikes: :helpsmilie:
I have the Magic Man 3" risers along with the BRP 1" riser & i like them. Offer a lot more versatility. A lot better than the forward lean of just the stock bars.
DITTO!
This is true that this was said, but I believe they also said that if you were to pull a trailer. And lots of people are with no problems. BRP even came out with thier own trailer so go figure.
A side benefit of the michelin tire would be better gas milage-less engine wear (lower rpm) & possible longer tire wear due to larger diameter; if it is taller.
Well I guess we will just have to see how this works out with BMW. Looks like a loooong way from a Goldwing by that picture.
HEY LAMONT
Congrats on making it the magazine article, in Road Runner magazine.
:congrats:
I'm not a good story writer. But I got a spyder. I need the rear view so I can see who's sneaking up on me. So with just a quick glance and not taking a chance, I could see. I'm old and don't want to...
Well I just had to relog in Never had to before, hope it's a 1 time thing.
Guess not had to log in again. Have to see if I remember how to clear my cookies .
Well I just got mine back from the latest update.
With a little over 200 miles since. here is what I noticed.
1.surging & backfiring gone so far but it is not hot outside now, we'll see next...
Who is this goofy dealer? As I sure as hell don't ever want to do business with him. This info. might save a lot of spyder owners GRIEF!
:agree: hOPE THEY GET IT FIXED SOON.
In total agreement.:agree: I use the same one Spyder and on my cars and trucks never have I had an oil leak. Most do not use a true crush washer.
[quote=bjt;156654]He threatened leaving or at least taking a break last week. He followed through on it yesterday. His last post was in the Yellow Spyder Fire thread.
