hid sts how do you do it ?

I know how to put them in just not sure how to get to them. The manual is clear but I need more room can someone please help ? I got the fog lights can't seem to reach the low beams

I am wondering too where I can get these lights ,

Where did you purchase the fog lights and are they HID's too , this is exactly wat I want to do !
