5What are the best saddlebags or storage for 2015 F3-S?
Choices are brp cross country (smallish), brp shad hard bags (36L, holds my helmet), leather bags, throwover bags. Lots of pics on various threads.
Mount any bags you want with these. http://www.greatbikegear.com/index.p...er-f3-f3s.html
I am mounting these on easy brackets.

These bags from Mutazu are another option. $300 including the mount. Not the fanciest of mounts but mine never come off. They include the brake leds. They could be used with EZ brackets with a bracket on the inside. The top piece can easily be painted to match whatever color you want. Do a search on SL and there are some photos of some nice silver ones.CJ JAX
I have Spyder pops leather bags and for me they are great .
Super easy quick release brackets 10 minutes to install mounts on the bike .
Great looking extremely well made , I'm very happy with mine.
I put a set of Kappa K40 bags on my wife's F3 using the Wingrack 2 mounting bracket. The wingrack comes in few different models. One for a top bag, one without and one with signal lights. If I were to do it again I would get the one with the top rack and swapped the brackets around. A slight modification is needed to put on the mount. The Kappa and Givi bags hook right up to the mount. For the top bag we found a cheap FB top bag to go on the bracket I made for it.
Givi Trekker 33 black...
Hi,
i have used a universal givi monokey adapter plate

mounted on a laser cutted metal plate which is screwed to the spyder.
For better stability, both sides are connected to a support bar.
I'll make some pictures soon
@zymo
thanks
have not used those mounts, have always used the PL bag mounts. Your idea looks good
am not afraid to do things like this
looking forward to seeing the pics
here you go...
btw...even if it looks like the tire could touch the rod ... it is not possible ;)
I like those flags on your bike. Please share how you mounted them and where you got them from. Thanks
The SHADS are very nice and the mounts are barely noticeable when you take them off.
Being able to store a modular face helmet was one of the reason I opted for the F3S instead of the F3L (which won't any on the integrated side cases).
That and the "bobberish" look of the rear end that I love so much...
That said 90% of my rides are with the bags off (the frunk will hold all that I need), so very happy with this setup.
I have Viking hard bars and love the size and the look.
Very Nice what is the Mutazu model #
I installed the Mutazu bags last year before making the Run For The Wall ride across the country. They worked great. We only had one day of rain, but everything stayed dry inside the bags. Here's a link for the bags on Ebay.

I have a set of Hepco & Becker Gobi cases from my old KTM 950 Adventure from the mid-2000s. I was hoping that they did a frame for the F3-S, but it seems they don't. Shame. I get my F3 in three weeks.
I have the Shad's as I wanted something to hold either a helmet or my ballistic jacket. The brackets were a challenge to install but once on the bags come off/on very easily and when on are very secure. Not only will they hold a helmet you can put a 12-pack in each bag making shopping easier:clap: I bought the liners too but they seem more in the way than anything; although I haven't done any over-night trips so maybe they'll be helpful. Looks like lots of good choices for you out there.
