+1 for Spyderpops!

An order I placed 25 August went awry due to an apparent error by their shipping agent (not Spyderpops error).

After being misplaced, investigated, and found by UPS the shipment was returned to Spyderpops, who are reshipping to me

UPS was a pain to deal with, but Spyderpops was professional, courteous, and considerate throughout. Clearly they believe in the ‘service’ aspect of customer service.

Well done Spyderpops.
