My hips are calling out to me to consider trading my 2015 F3S for a Rally. It is in excellent condition with 7k miles on it. I also own and ride a Ryker 600 and a Sportster Trike with no agony. I guess the girth of the F3 is making my ride miserable. If I get no action on a trade I will likely advertise it for sale soon. I sold my F3 to iMotorsports and they actually gave me a decent deal.
Hah ! Problem may be solved, me thinks. I started mounting the bike using the passenger peg for a step-up. Getting off the bike doesn't seem to cause a problem. Maybe these old hips and the f3 are gonna be around for a while.
Rydernow, that how I mount the bike anyhow, from the start, when I got it, It seems to be the easiest way to get up and running, and I am just 50yrs old... hahaha

Ridernow I had a similar problem. I installed a third peg from LaMonster and it solved my problem. I am now in the process of installing a set of ultimate floorboard to allow me to move my legs when riding.
i did the Ultimate Floorboards last fall. I was looking for some varying footing positions. But what i didn't expect was getting on and off was so much easier. The step up is 8", then swinging the leg over is much easier.Quote:
