I got it! Only got a couple of pictures because I picked it up with a friend from the local Spyder group and then we rode around until almost dark. He was giving me tons of hints and tips and it really helped me get over my nervousness. It was in the low 40s but I was so excited I wasn't cold at all. Sunday was in the 30s so I didn't go out and it's rained ever since. Hoping for some good weather soon.
Here is a quick shot when we first got home:
And another shot of her all snuggled in her new garage:
Several times a day I find myself opening the garage door just to look at her.
Not sure why the pictures I posted are upside down and no idea how to fix it. If someone can tell me I will edit the post and fix it.
Even the picture I posted in my Spyder garage is upside down.

Nice Bike :congrats:
Thanks for the tip! I fixed the photos.
:bowdown:Very nice!!!!!
No, I knew they were not standard. I thought the video made that quite clear. Plus, if you went to the Can Am site and did the "build my bike" thingy they were shown as an option, not standard.
All these people were saying that you are paying allot of money to get a green Spyder but that's not true either. If you did the "build my bike" and added all the features that came standard on the S2S to an RTL you get an MSRP of $31,128.95. The MSRP of the S2S is $29,799.00. So, contrary to what folks said, the S2S is actually cheaper if you want all the extra options which I did.
And... I love the color!
:coffee: Glad you got to enjoy your Spyder Ryde Time.
Enjoy your Smile Miles and be Safe. .....
Nice. What's her name?
Really beautiful! Congrats!!!
[QUOTE=Twidget;1552985]It's official! I put down the deposit on my Spyder today! The dealer is hoping it will arrive sometime in January. Soon this beauty will be mine!
I just ordered mine last week shipping on the 28th of Feb. So tell me how do you like it? Any Problems and Any suggestions?
Mike
why do you say that?
I love it! After riding 2 wheelers for 40 years I thought it would take me much longer to get used to three but each time I ride it I feel more and more confident. And it is such a smooth and comfortable ride. I can really see why people say they can ride the Spyder all day and not be as tired was when they rode a 2 wheeler all day.
No problems so far except the weather no letting me ride as much as I would like.
Suggestion... The dealers in my are would come down on the MSRP but the one I bought from was willing to remove all the dealer charges like freight, assembly, that sort of thing which save me close to 1K over the other dealer. I appreciated it and asked the sale person to give me a stack of her business cards. I have already passed out a couple to people when I was out and about. She said business was up and that they had sold six Spyders just this month in addition to mine which was the first Sea to Sky they sold.
