Okay Spyderfesters, a man is suing Lamberts Restaurant in Missouri. Home of the famous throwed rolls.
Yep! He got hit by a throwed roll. Wants $25,000 in damages. Claims he got cut in his cornea from the missile.

It was bound to happen eventually. They'll probably quietly settle with him just to shut him up. Or they might countersue for frivolous lawsuit :dontknow:
Suicide by Throwed Rolls ?????????
If he wins he will be roll----ing in dough!:roflblack:
Perhaps he should have eaten somewhere else. To me, this is like some clown running with the bulls, then suing when he gets gored.
He's just hoping to get enough dough so he can loaf ........ :roflblack:
These jokes have been so bad, that I'm THROWING in the towel! :D
:banghead: Now I suppose that I gotta call my Lawyers: Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe! :gaah:
Some of these jokes make me want to THROW up...

With all of these responses, I feel a yeast infection coming on.
It's really sad that there are lawyers out there that would take a case like this. Pretty disgusting! I thought I read it was a woman, but in any case, he/she needs to be beaten with loaves of bread. Too many crooked lawyers and greed in this country. Buy her some eye drops and antibiotics and tell her to move on and come to reality.
I'm hungry for a hot roll now. Their food is pretty yummy though
He just wants to butter up his injury, the pastry little dough boy.
I guess that she kneaded the dough...
This is getting pretty stale already.
67 year old female, and she was with her church group. Whatever happen to turning the other cheek?

I have always said kill a million lawyers  & that is 2 million not needed, if i am wrong oh well what do we really lose.
It's partly her fault if she had her hand up to get one and didn't catch it!
Setting the fun aside for a moment, what if what she claims is the truth? What if she did suffer an eye injury when a roll hit her in the head? Should she bear the medical costs associated with injury?
When I ate there (albeit two years ago...) The rolls were soft, and they weren't looking for an MLB pitcher's contract... no high heat!
I've eaten there too and enjoyed all aspects of the experience. I'm not suggesting they change, but can see where this scenario could happen. There's an assumption the lawsuit is frivolous, and it may be, but it may also be legit. I, for one, don't know.
